Shelby Masonhall

Office Manager

Shelby has been a part of the Arbor Vitae team since early 2017 and plays a vital role in supporting both families and staff. She originally came to Arbor Vitae as a practice member during her pregnancy with her daughter. She, her husband, and her daughter all started receiving regular care and she became a true advocate as she watched her husband’s back pain disappear and her daughter move through infancy and toddlerhood and childhood without common ailments like ear infections. Shelby studied Health Promotion and Wellness in college, which further fueled her passion for helping children and families live healthier, more connected lives. Outside the office, she enjoys dancing—especially classical styles—and spending time with her husband, their energetic daughter, and their four dogs.

Abby Burr

Front Desk | First Impressions

Abby serves as one of the first welcoming faces families encounter at Arbor Vitae. She previously worked at a chiropractic office in a neighboring town but took a break to help a family member with a business. She missed being a part of chiropractic and walked into AVC asking if she could join our mission and the rest is history! Abby takes pride in creating a warm, friendly environment where patients feel comfortable and cared for from the very beginning. Abby is an Arkansas native and has a love for reading and learning.

Becca RosebeRry

Care Advocate

Becca joined Arbor Vitae after relocating to Northwest Arkansas in 2022 with her husband, quickly falling in love with the area and its outdoor lifestyle. She was first introduced to Arbor Vitae as a patient, where she experienced the impact of neurologically based chiropractic care firsthand. Before joining the team, Becca spent over ten years working in healthcare as a Physical Therapist Assistant, gaining experience across a wide range of settings and patient populations. She is passionate about seeing entire families under care and witnessing the positive impact chiropractic has on the health of future generations.

Liliya Nelson

Care Advocate

Liliya brings a strong passion for fitness, overall health, and whole-family well-being. As a mother of five, she is deeply invested in helping parents and children build resilience, vitality, and lasting health. After returning to school to become a Physical Therapist Assistant, a move to Northwest Arkansas led her to Arbor Vitae Chiropractic—where she loves supporting families and watching children truly thrive.

Julie Bollinger

Care Advocate

Julie brings a strong foundation in family care, fitness, and service to the Arbor Vitae team. With experience as a fitness trainer and volunteer, she is committed to helping children and families improve their health and overall quality of life. Julie is married with two children and enjoys traveling, reading, strength training, and spending time with her family and their dog, Ruger.

Nichole Eliasen

Care Advocate

Nichole joined Arbor Vitae in 2018 after first experiencing care as a patient, seeking support for anxiety and nerve pain. Through care, she experienced lasting improvement, which sparked a deep connection to the mission of AVC. With a background in hospice healthcare and as a mother of five, Nichole brings a compassionate, family-centered approach to supporting families throughout their care. Outside the office, she enjoys outdoor adventures, beach days, and cozy family movie nights.
