History of the Practice — Built From Purpose
AVC was founded in the summer of 2016, just six months after Dr. Tom and his wife moved to Northwest Arkansas, with a clear purpose: to uplift the health and wellbeing of children and families through hope, education, and neurologically based chiropractic care. From the beginning, the focus has been on restoring balance to the nervous system to improve quality of life so individuals can function better, heal better, and feel better.
What started as a small husband-and-wife practice quickly grew as families experienced meaningful, lasting change. In the earliest years, Arbor Vitae became the fastest growing pediatric and family chiropractic office in Arkansas, not through advertising or trends, but through results—children improving, parents finding answers, and hope being restored.
As the vision expanded, so did our responsibility. We made a commitment to become the Home of Hope and Healing by investing deeply in the training and development of our doctors and Care Advocates. By holding a high standard for neurologically based care and cultivating a team aligned in both skill and heart, Arbor Vitae has grown into one of the fastest growing pediatric chiropractic practice in the Mid-South—a growth driven entirely by outcomes and the trust of the families we serve.
Even as we’ve grown, our heart has remained the same. At Arbor Vitae, you are never a number—you are a child, a parent, or a grandparent with a story that matters. Our goal is to help remove health concerns that hold people back so they can step into the fullest versions of themselves, becoming who God created them to be.
