Dr. Zach Hutt
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Zach Hutt grew up in Iowa, where athletics played a central role in shaping his discipline, resilience, and leadership. He competed on traveling basketball and baseball teams throughout his youth, playing point guard on the court and shortstop on the field. Years of high-level competition eventually led to a right shoulder labrum tear in high school. After successful surgery, Dr. Zach returned to play and went on to compete in collegiate basketball.
When the same injury resurfaced and required a second surgery, his playing career came to an end—but his leadership did not. Because of the work ethic, commitment, and character he consistently demonstrated, Dr. Zach was invited to remain with the team as a coach, an experience that reinforced a mindset he carries today: setbacks don’t stop progress, they simply redirect it.
While earning his degree in Pre-Professional Biology at William Penn University, chiropractic care played a vital role in Dr. Zach’s recovery and long-term performance after years of injury. Having personally experienced the frustration of pain and physical limitation, his passion for chiropractic care was solidified. He became driven to help others regain their health and live without restriction, pursuing natural solutions that support the body without unnecessary surgery or medication.
Dr. Zach went on to earn his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic, where he developed a strong passion for neurologically based chiropractic care. He graduated with advanced certification in Torque Release Technique, is Webster Technique Certified, is a member International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), and is proud to have call himself a PX Doc after completing the 80 hour PX certification. His training reflects a commitment to precise, gentle care that supports the nervous system and promotes optimal function at every stage of life.
Dr. Zach’s competitive nature is still very much alive today. He has completed numerous half marathons, including the Bentonville Half Marathon, and ran his first full marathon—the Hogeye Marathon—in 2024. When he’s not running, he continues to challenge himself in other ways, including completing a 72-hour water fast, a testament to his discipline and mental toughness.
That same intensity and commitment to excellence carries into his professional life. Dr. Zach is a gifted public speaker who feels a responsibility to share the power of chiropractic with the community. He has delivered hundreds of workshops, spoken to groups of over 100 people, and adjusted tens of thousands of patients in clinical practice. His experience has positioned him as an authority within the profession, leading to invitations to train and test other chiropractors on the Webster Technique at continuing education seminars. He has also provided private consulting and coaching for new doctors across the country, helping them refine communication, clearly explain the science behind neurologically based chiropractic care, and confidently lead workshops within their own practices.
Dr. Zach has a special passion for serving children and families, particularly those navigating challenges early in life—from difficult births to digestive concerns and sensory-related struggles. He believes that addressing the nervous system early can have a profound impact on long-term health and development, and he is dedicated to creating an environment where families feel supported, educated, and hopeful.
With strong Midwest roots, Dr. Zach values family and recreation. He and his wife, Taylor, now call Bentonville, Arkansas home and are passionate about building a healthier, more active community in Northwest Arkansas. Outside the office, they can often be found competing on the pickleball courts, taking yoga classes (Taylor works at a studio in town), exploring local coffee shops, or taking their dog, Larz, out on the trails. When they’re at home, both enjoy cooking—Taylor is known for her homemade Italian dishes and sweet treats, while Dr. Zach can usually be found perfecting his craft at the smoker.
Dr. Zach is honored to serve alongside the Arbor Vitae team and is grateful for the opportunity to help individuals and families live healthier, fuller lives through neurologically based chiropractic care.
