Neck & Mid Back Pain
Before beginning care, Addie’s days were marked by intense neck pain and constant mid-back discomfort. Simple movements felt restricted, and lifting her toddler only worsened the strain. The physical pain didn’t just affect her body—it impacted her mood and relationships, leaving her feeling quick-tempered, frustrated, and overwhelmed. Having previously experienced a pain-free life through care, she knew what was possible—but after moving over an hour away, she had stopped. When a severe crick in her neck set in, she reached a turning point. Determined to feel like herself again, she chose to return to care—no matter the distance. “Life before coming here was painful and frustrating. I had limited movement in my neck, constant back pain, and it made me short-tempered with my family.”
After starting care again, Addie began noticing steady, meaningful improvements. Her body now handles stress with ease, and the constant pain that once defined her days has faded. Even at five months pregnant, she can lift and play with her son comfortably—something that once felt impossible. She’s happier, more present, and shows up as a calmer, more patient mom and wife. “My body handles stress so much better now, and I’m no longer in constant pain. I’m happier and able to enjoy life again. Nothing else worked for me before, but this does. I gladly make a three-hour round trip every week because I never want to go back to how I felt before—it’s the best investment I’ve ever made in my health and my family’s health.”
